Conceived, designed, and built by OsArq in 2023, Nimbu is a luxury property comprised of two identical and adjacent homes in Playa Langosta, Tamarindo, Costa Rica.
Nimbu East & Nimbu West (each 5BR, 6BA) can be occupied separately for groups up to 10. For larger groups up to 20, the properties are designed to open and interconnect – becoming the single property of Nimbu Vida (10BR, 12BA).

East & West.
Individually, each impressive home (Nimbu East & Nimbu West ) is entirely separate, private, and secure from the other. Perfect for groups up to ten, each property has its own five-bedroom accommodations (including detached and fully appointed casita), pools, and comprehensive amenities. When occupied separately, the homes share only a private gate across their center property line – secure and concealed.
Private Resort.
Opened and joined, the complete property becomes more than its doubled scale, features, and amenities – Nimbu Vida transforms into a cohesive and extraordinary private resort experience. But by numbers alone – the nearly 13,000 square feet of living space, ten bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, four kitchens (including two fully appointed private casitas), and two of each: large pools, reflecting pools, jacuzzis, and gyms – will accommodate and impress to a rare degree.
The Area
The Nimbu property is in the quiet and exclusive neighborhood of Langosta – at the edge of the 1,100 acre nationally protected Las Baulas National Marine Park.
Nimbu has a full-time dedicated staff whose sole job is all things Nimbu. In addition to the staff and their daily focus on housekeeping, maintenance and guest comfort – Nimbu has dedicated management and concierge services for all guests.
